We offer a 30-day return policy on all footwear. Shoes must be in unworn, brand-new condition and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Yes! When purchasing a performance racket, you can select your preferred string type and tension. Our certified stringing team will prepare the racket to your exact specifications.
Do you offer a warranty on tennis ball machines?
All ball machines sold at Tennis Only come with a manufacturer's warranty, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and model.
How do I know which grip size to choose?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. A general rule is that you should be able to fit the index finger of your non-hitting hand in the space between your ring finger and palm when gripping the racket.
Do you offer international shipping?
