Please ensure all original tags are attached and rackets have not been played with or restrung to qualify for a full refund.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that shoe boxes are placed inside a shipping carton to avoid damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
